BETWEEN STATIONS

The Toronto Transit Commission wanted to connect with GenZ (AKA wanting to increase GenZ ridership on the TTC). GenZ was also looking to connect as many of them were ditching dating apps and wanting to try more face-to-face interactions. So we helped them connect offline and in-person on a moving streetcar in a wet/cloudy/sunny day. Everyone featured in the series were Torontonian residents who were interested in new connections, not actors/influencers.

DESIGN + MOTION

The design was originated from the LED displays on the TTC (train/bus/streetcar/signage) that indicated routes, locations, destinations, etc. And for this series, it also showed funny expressions, hearts, sparks, dancing, etc. This was the visual foundation for the new version of our connection card game, which was featured in the series.
